You will have the chance to participate in building AI solutions with real business impact, become part of a growing team, and help shape the future of Artificial Intelligence within KRUK Spain. **Your Mission** You will participate in the design, development, and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions aimed at improving decision-making, optimizing processes, and generating value across various company departments. You will work on projects with direct impact on operations, judicial processes, and debt recovery, closely collaborating with business, legal, and technology teams. **What You Will Do** * Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning models and advanced analytics solutions. * Analyze large volumes of data to identify opportunities for improvement and value generation. * Participate in AI projects addressing real business problems. * Explore and implement technologies related to NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, time series analysis, and clustering. * Collaborate with legal, operational, and business areas to translate real-world needs into data-driven solutions. * Evaluate models using performance metrics, validation techniques, and bias control. * Communicate findings, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Contribute to the growth and consolidation of KRUK Spain’s AI Center of Excellence. **What We Are Looking For** * 3–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in similar roles. * Experience applying Machine Learning to real business use cases. * Proficiency in Python. * Solid knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning. * Experience in predictive modeling, NLP, clustering, and time series analysis. * English proficiency at B2 level. * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. **Highly Valued** Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience in cloud environments such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI. Knowledge of MLOps and deploying models into production. Experience with Git, REST APIs, Jira, or Confluence. Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related fields. Innovative mindset and orientation toward experimentation. Curiosity about emerging AI technologies. Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented approach. Communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
