Promotion of continuous service quality improvement Functional Analyst (Oracle, Cobol, Java) At CMV Consultores, we are looking for a Functional Analyst to join the Level 2 (N2\) support team in the Payment Methods domain within the Operations area of a leading banking client. This role will be critical in managing and providing functional and technical support for payment processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely incident resolution. Main Responsibilities Support for N0 and N1 teams; coordination with the client’s internal departments. Customer-oriented specialized functional and technical support in payment methods. In-depth understanding of processes, technologies, and regulations related to cards, merchants, Bizum, authorization centers, and Redsys. Analysis and development of functional and technical designs to resolve incidents and implement minor enhancements. Communication with clients and promotion of continuous service quality improvement. **Technologies involved:** DB2, Oracle, HPS, Cobol, Web Services, API, SOA, Java, CICS. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles as a Functional Analyst. Prior knowledge of RSI. Experience in banking and functional aspects of core banking systems. **Desirable:** Experience in payment methods (cards, Bizum, merchants, Redsys, authorization center). **Optimal technical knowledge in:** DB2, Oracle, HPS, Cobol, Web Services, API, SOA, Java, CICS. **Language:** Fluent Spanish.
