




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to provide multichannel customer service, manage appointments and collections, with a high school diploma and prior reception experience. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service through multiple channels. 2. Appointment and billing management. 3. Reception desk. Staff is required for a reception position in Madrid. A minimum of a high school diploma is mandatory, along with at least twelve months of prior work experience. Basic office software knowledge is also desirable. Main responsibilities include customer service across multiple channels: telephone calls, emails, in-person interactions, and WhatsApp messages. Additionally, the role involves collecting payments from clients, managing physiotherapists’ appointment schedules, and overseeing payments and billing. This is a permanent, full-time contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, split into two shifts: 9:00–13:00 and 17:30–21:30\. The offered salary is €1,500 gross per month, and the position is located in Madrid, with an anticipated start date of June 1, 2026\.
