At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** At El Corte Inglés, we are seeking an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to join our Ecommerce, Customers, and Omnichannel department. You will work alongside the Procurement, Supply, Marketing, CRM, Performance, and Front Digital teams, analyzing category behavior and collaborating on launching commercial initiatives that contribute to improving digital business results. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** * Monitor category performance by analyzing sales, SKUs, brands, promotions, and key business indicators. * Collaborate with Procurement and Supply teams to ensure proper execution of commercial campaigns and identify improvement opportunities. * Participate in implementing campaigns, promotions, and commercial initiatives within the e-commerce channel. * Analyze promotion results and key digital channel KPIs, working jointly with CRM, Performance, and Front Digital teams. * Collaborate in identifying actions that enhance the shopping experience, traffic, conversion, and cross-selling within the category. * Conduct competitive benchmarking and omnichannel retailer comparisons, as well as testing and mystery shopping to identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making and performance tracking. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). * Experience in categories, commercial promotions, campaigns, or digital business is desirable. * Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset. * Experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments. * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, and data analysis tools. * Knowledge of SQL and MicroStrategy is desirable. **We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your wellbeing.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Ongoing training for professional development. * Educational assistance for employees’ children. * In-house medical services. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
