Technical advisory to cooperatives for crop improvement We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to manage multi-origin imports of coffee and cocoa from Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, and Cuba. This includes coordination of logistics, documentation, and customs procedures, as well as supervision of Incoterms and international transit to the European Union. The role also involves specialized regulatory management, processing files with state entities in complex origins such as the Caribbean, under specific protocols and current export regulations in Colombia and Brazil. Physical-chemical analyses and technical cupping of beans in growing areas will be required to certify the quality of "Specialty Coffee" prior to shipment. Additionally, technical advisory will be provided to producer cooperatives in Latin America to improve crops and ensure compliance with European non-deforestation regulations, implementing local development projects.
