If you want to know more about us go to GMV website **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?** Among your main learning areas will be **recruitment processes**, collaborating in the definition and publication of job offers, CV screening, and conducting both phone and in\-person competency\-based interviews, as well as coordinating with managers and business teams to support decision\-making. You will also participate in the **follow\-up and development of interns**, supporting follow\-up meetings, end\-of\-internship evaluations, and identifying initiatives aimed at enhancing their experience and professional growth within the company. In addition, you will support the **organization and participation in talent acquisition events**, such as job fairs, university forums, talks, and other employer branding activities designed to strengthen relationships with universities and educational institutions. Furthermore, you will **collaborate in the planning and execution of engagement initiatives**, contributing to the design of activities that foster integration, motivation, and a sense of belonging within the organization.
