You will assist in identifying and fulfilling training needs, ensuring our teams have the tools required to excel in an ever-evolving environment. Your responsibilities will include: * Participating in the process of identifying training and development needs, facilitating the launch of training initiatives and development programs. * Managing, tracking, and coordinating the Firm’s training and development activities. * Supporting FUNDAE administration. * Assisting with cost management. * Learning in a creative, challenging, and collaborative environment. * Receiving professional training within a team engaged in national and international projects. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or related fields.
