We are looking for a professional to handle vehicle material damage claims in Madrid. If you have experience managing files from start to finish and are comfortable working within the insurance sector, this is your opportunity to join a rapidly growing team located in the Paseo de la Castellana area. Your main responsibility will be end-to-end case management, covering both SDM agreement cases and conventional CICOS claims handling. This involves applying your knowledge of assessment standards and tariffs to ensure high-quality service to clients and resolve each file efficiently. An initial temporary contract of 3 to 4 months is offered, with potential for extension. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, and the annual gross salary is approximately €18,000. After the first three months, remote work is an option. What Are We Looking For? * Experience handling claims files for insurance companies or expert appraisal firms, specifically in the automobile material damage line of business. * Proficiency in computer skills and case management platforms or similar systems. * DESIRABLE: Familiarity with valuation systems (GTESTIMATE and AUDATEX) or vocational training qualifications in Automotive Engineering.
