Main responsibilities: Support food preparation for breakfast service (buffet and/or à la carte). Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet. Prepare and plate room service orders according to established standards. Organize and clean the kitchen and work areas. Basic food control: storage, rotation, and labeling. Compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. Support the kitchen team with general tasks as needed. ### **Requirements** Previous experience as a kitchen assistant (preferred). Basic knowledge of cooking and food handling. Ability to work early shifts. Responsible, organized individual with a positive team-oriented attitude. Agility and ability to work under pressure.
