Key responsibilities: • Assist in preparing breakfast items (pastries, hot and cold dishes). • Monitor and ensure proper food storage according to HACCP standards. • Clean and organize the kitchen, utensils, and work areas. • Collaborate with the kitchen and night service teams. • Adhere to the hotel’s quality and presentation standards. ### **Requirements** • Prior experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in high-end hotels. • Basic knowledge of cooking and food handling. • Ability to work night shifts. • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual. • Hospitality-related training is an advantage. Competencies: • Teamwork. • Speed and efficiency. • Commitment to quality and customer service. • Adaptability and proactive attitude. Required language: Spanish.
