What are we looking for? Professionals with **5\-6+ years of experience** working with MERN technologies, capable of confidently handling both **backend and frontend**, and possessing a mindset oriented toward best practices and continuous improvement. ️ Mandatory Technical Requirements* * Primary Stack: Node.js (Backend) * React (Frontend) * MongoDB * Express * **APIs & Version Control:** Experience developing **REST APIs** * Proficiency in **Git** * **DevOps / SDLC:** Understanding of the software development lifecycle * Experience in: * Deployments across different environments * Log management * Application maintenance and optimization Key Competencies* * **Code Quality:** Clean, maintainable, and well-structured code * **Problem Solving:** Advanced debugging capability * **Teamwork:** Fluent communication and collaboration with distributed teams * **Autonomy:** Proactive, self-directed profile eager to keep learning Responsibilities* * Design, architecture, and development of robust web applications * Close collaboration with teams in Spain * Development of new features and product evolution * Testing, QA, and maintenance of existing applications Conditions* * **Location:** Priority: Andalusia (NTER offices) * Also valued: Madrid or fully remote * **Work Model:** Andalusia: 4 days onsite / 1 remote * Madrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote * Fully remote option depending on profile * **Salary:** To be discussed based on experience * **English:** Not required * **Start Date:** **Urgent** – We seek candidates with agile availability.
