Position Summary: Quality Assurance Technician responsible for complaint management, tracking of corrective actions, documentation review, and incident management in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of complaints and corrective actions. 2. Review of key documentation in manufacturing and packaging. 3. Management of incidents and deviations at the plant. **Position Title:** Quality Assurance Technician (Systems) **Location/Department:** Scientific\- Quality **Mission** * Complaint management: investigation, report preparation, and establishment of corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments. * Tracking of corrective actions: evaluation of effectiveness. * Review of batch documentation for release. * Review of master manufacturing and packaging instructions. * Management of incidents and deviations related to various plant areas. * Development and review of standard operating procedures. * Support for other functions performed within the Quality Assurance department. **Knowledge and Experience** =============================== Education/Basic Qualifications: Degree holder in Pharmacy or Chemistry. Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of GMP regulations specifically applied to documentation and manufacturing and packaging processes. Knowledge of manufacturing processes for sterile dosage forms, oral solid dosage forms, liquids, and creams. Advanced fluent English (spoken and written). Prior experience required for this position: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
