If you’re ready to tackle new challenges, grow professionally, and contribute your expertise to projects that truly make a difference, this is the place for you. **Join our team!** We are looking for an **IT Change Manager / Release Manager** for complex, mission-critical technology environments. **What You’ll Do:** * Plan and coordinate end\-to\-end releases, from development through deployment. * Orchestrate teams (development, QA, operations, business) and manage dependencies. * Ensure quality, traceability, and control in every release (go/no\-go decisions). * Monitor environments and coordinate deployments across cloud and distributed systems. * Drive automation and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions). * Identify risks, define rollback strategies, and manage post\-release incidents. * Communicate status, progress, and risks to stakeholders. **What We’re Looking For:** * \+5 years of experience in change management for IT, DevOps, systems, and/or software development environments. * Experience in complex, multi\-team, or mission-critical environments. * Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe). * An organized, solution-oriented profile focused on quality and continuous improvement.
