Country Spain Province Madrid \- Madrid Application Deadline 10/04/2026 Category Direct Care NGO Information Diaconia Rating (1 rating) info **Response rate:** 51.32% info Objective Carrying out social intervention activities and providing support to women survivors of human trafficking or exploitation, as well as their minor children, across various aspects of daily life, in order to promote recovery and autonomy. **Area:** Women and Anti-Trafficking **Main Responsibilities:** Preparation and reception of beneficiaries and their minor children at the residential facility. Distribution of hygiene supplies and assistance materials. Guidance and accompaniment for women in situations of vulnerability or at risk of exclusion. Analysis, identification, and diagnosis of each beneficiary’s/family’s needs in coordination with the educator and social worker. Support and/or accompaniment in managing daily routines, cleaning schedules, and various administrative procedures (medical, administrative, shopping, etc.) for participants, to foster learning and increase their level of autonomy. Designing, planning, and conducting group workshops aimed at acquiring personal and social skills, as well as new knowledge relevant to integrating into the host society. Monitoring individual pathways in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Conflict resolution and crisis intervention. Planning leisure and free-time activities. Group intervention through assemblies and other activities that promote harmonious coexistence and resolve conflicts arising from shared living, coordinated with the social educator. Supervising the development of habits related to nutrition, routine, hygiene, schedules, rhythms, spaces, etc., among participants and their dependent minors. Recording interventions in appropriate tools. Supporting job and housing searches in coordination with technical staff. Participation in internal coordination and training meetings. Tasks assigned by coordination.
