SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Design individualized socio-educational intervention pathways for service users. Support language learning activities. Conduct specific activities with minors and families (e.g., workshops on healthy nutrition, household economics, family planning, academic support, development of values aligned with a Culture of Peace…). Promote healthy leisure activities. Liaise with external resources. Provide socio-educational accompaniment within Individualized Pathways. Design and implement group-based activities targeting program service users. Design and implement community-based actions, with special emphasis on raising awareness among the general population. Foster creation of social networks. Supervise the proper condition of accommodation facilities. Report to management and team any breaches of operational rules at accommodation facilities. Hold assemblies and meetings with service users across various accommodation facilities, as well as organize activities and workshops to improve coexistence and daily life organization. Prepare follow-up reports and final justification documents for the program, along with other documents coordinated with other professionals. Operate SIRIA (Information System for Programs targeting Refugees, Immigrants, and Asylum Seekers) and/or other program databases or files. Participate in team coordination meetings, as well as meetings with other departments and programs of the organization. Strengthen and support other professional team members. Accompany and support volunteer staff or interns assigned to the relevant programs. Report any incidents arising during task execution. Develop and draft technical proposals containing up-to-date information for designing new social and legal intervention projects and programs. As staff of the Peace Movement \-MPDL\-, participate in actions aimed at preventing abuse and harassment, and ensuring compliance with and respect for the internal Code of Conduct. **Profile:** POSITION PROFILE **EDUCATION:** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Education, Social Work, or university studies in social sciences. Desirable: training and/or experience in Gender Equality and Human Rights, migration, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** At least 1 year of experience in intervention programs targeting migrant, refugee, and/or socially excluded populations. Experience in group and community interventions is valued. Also valued: involvement in associative movements and familiarity with local resources. **LANGUAGES:** Proficiency in English, French, and/or Arabic will be positively considered. **IT SKILLS:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. **OTHER:** Recognized disabilities, women victims of gender-based violence, and/or any other situation of social vulnerability will be positively considered.
