We are engaged in engineering and consulting projects worldwide. We are looking for a proactive individual who works autonomously and has experience managing digital projects. This person will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and perform the following responsibilities: Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing digital projects, ensuring objectives are met within the agreed timeline and budget. * + Team coordination: Supervising and supporting team members across all project phases. * + Backlog management: Prioritizing and keeping the project backlog up to date, ensuring pending tasks are clear and aligned with project goals. * + Risk management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success. * + Quality control: Ensuring deliverables meet required standards and stakeholder expectations. * + Acts as the liaison between technical and business (strategy/product) teams, guaranteeing effective communication and high-quality outcomes. Skills * Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. * Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Ability to manage interactions with external vendors and internal teams during coordination and execution. * Capacity to identify issues and rapidly develop solutions. * Familiarity with project management tools—such as Jira, Azure (Microsoft)—is desirable. * Proficiency in agile project management methodologies is mandatory. * Familiarity with Salesforce is desirable. Profile * Native or fluent Spanish; English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Previous experience: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing digital projects.
