**Job Title** Construction Site Manager (Real Estate)**Job Description Summary** We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to join the Project \& Development Services (PDS) team in Madrid. You will be responsible for supporting the supervision of construction and fit\-out project execution, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, cost, and schedule, while coordinating closely with clients, suppliers, and the project team.**Job Description** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the quality of execution for assigned construction works and projects. * Coordinate and manage suppliers and contractors during construction execution. * Ensure compliance with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards with the client. * Control external costs and monitor project invoicing in accordance with internal procedures. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations on site, acting as a preventive resource when necessary. * Support the preparation of budgets and commercial proposals. * Participate in supplier evaluation and monitoring in line with ISO procedures. * Actively collaborate with the team to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency in project management. ### **What We Are Looking For** * Degree in **Architecture** or **Technical Architecture**. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in construction management or supervision. * English language proficiency at **B2 level or higher**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Project**. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual. * Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and work effectively in a team. * Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and suppliers.
