BIM Architect – Building Projects \| Madrid We are seeking a **BIM Architect with experience in drafting building projects and knowledge of BIM/Revit** to join our technical team. **Responsibilities:** * Drafting and development of building projects. * Modeling and documentation in **Revit/BIM**. * Application of the **Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE)**. * Preparation of drawings, measurements, and budgets. * Processing administrative procedures and preparing documentation for **public tenders**. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture. * Experience in building projects. * Proficiency in **Revit, AutoCAD, and Presto**. * Knowledge of the CTE. * Experience in public procurement will be valued. **We offer:** Indefinite-term contract, stable projects, professional development, and **salary commensurate with experience**.
