Architect or Technical Architect

Description

We are seeking an **experienced Architect or Technical Architect** to provide comprehensive support in project drafting and management, permit processing, and technical and documentary coordination. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of **reports, drawings, measurements, and budgets**. * Drafting and editing of drawings in **AutoCAD**. * Measurements, budgeting, and certifications using **Presto**. * Management and processing of **permits and applications** with municipal authorities. * Review of **urban planning regulations, the Technical Building Code (CTE), and local regulations**. * Monitoring of applications, corrections, and official requests. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture. * Experience in projects and permit processing. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and knowledge of Presto**. * Familiarity with urban planning regulations. * Organized, solution-oriented individual capable of working autonomously.
