DESCRIPTION ### **What we are looking for…** A **Technology Client Partner** with **over 5 years of experience** in account management, pre-sales, digital consulting, or business development within technology environments—capable of leading complex digital product and technology opportunities with a consultative mindset, business acumen, and technological sensitivity. ### **Specifically, here’s what you’ll do:** * Lead complex commercial opportunities with enterprise clients. * Identify needs and evolution opportunities within accounts. * Build trusted relationships with senior digital, technology, and business stakeholders. * Prepare proposals alongside UX, technology, and delivery teams. * Coordinate team definition, technical approaches, and estimations. * Articulate value propositions integrating business, user experience, and technology. * Defend proposals before business and technology stakeholders. * Evolve existing accounts to pursue sustainable growth and long-term relationships. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. * Ensure an excellent client experience in coordination with delivery teams. * Act as the primary strategic contact point for the client. * Hold confident conversations about architecture, digital products, and technological implementation. * Participate in building Garaje’s narrative on the impact of AI on design, development, QA, and delivery. ### **For this, we need you to have experience in…** * Account management, pre-sales, digital consulting, or business development in technology environments. * Large enterprise clients. * Complex digital technology and product projects. * Developing and defending commercial and strategic proposals. * Engaging with senior business, technology, product, and digital leadership stakeholders. * Building complex digital products. * Consultative storytelling connecting business, UX, and technology. * Advanced English (C1 or equivalent professional fluency). ### **It would also be great if you had experience with…** * Confidently discussing modern frontend technologies, especially Angular and React. * Understanding backend systems and modern architectures. * Handling concepts related to Java, Next.js, and PHP. * Talking about QA, automation, and software quality. * Understanding how complex digital products are built end-to-end. * Identifying opportunities for AI applied to the software development lifecycle. * Communicating the value of design and user experience. * Integrating UX, technology, and business into a unified value proposition. ### **At Garaje, we value people who…** Take pride in their work, give their best, always enjoy themselves, are courageous and willing to take risks, learn from mistakes, and love what they do.
