Main Responsibilities * Support in the preparation and cooking of various menu items. * Preparation of ingredients and mise en place. * Assistance with plating and service. * Monitoring and storage of raw materials. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP). Requirements * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant (preferred). * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under fast-paced service conditions. * Organized, responsible individual with a positive attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Valid work permit.
