Join us and place innovation and sustainability at the heart of your professional career. **What you will do:** You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our equine business in the **Central region**, aligned with established commercial policy, achieving sales volume and profitability targets. You will work closely with distributors, retail outlets, and equine sector professionals across breeding, sport, and leisure. Your key responsibilities will include: * Ensuring optimal positioning and recommendation of our brand within the equine sector. * Acquiring and managing distributors, retail outlets, and key accounts in the equine segment. * Managing the commercial budget and tracking actions to meet sales targets. * Overseeing payment collection from assigned customer accounts. * Keeping CRM tools and reports up to date in accordance with company requirements. * Promoting a strong brand image aligned with equine sponsorship and marketing strategies. **Who we are looking for:** We seek a person passionate about the horse world and possessing a strong commercial mindset, eager to embrace this challenge with initiative and commitment. Ideally holding a university degree, you will be results-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to connect effectively with customers of highly diverse profiles. You will also need: * University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent). * Passion for horses and solid commercial orientation. * Availability to travel 80% of the time within the Central region (Castilla-La Mancha, Madrid, and Castilla y León). * Availability to work weekends, especially during key equine events. * Fluent level of English.
