Our operations span multiple sectors through leading brands such as **Caser Residencial, Hospitales Parque, Caser Dental, CaserVet, Acierta, TH Mantenimiento and SPV**. **What Are We Looking For?** Caser Residencial seeks to incorporate a Home Care Assistant into its team for the Latina and Moratalaz areas, which offer a full range of services for elderly individuals. Reporting directly to the Coordination Team of Caser Cuidados de Madrid, your mission will be to provide direct user assistance in performing daily living activities requiring support based on their dependency level, as well as personal and environmental care. Key responsibilities include: * Personal care (personal hygiene and grooming, basic care for incontinent users). * Home-based care (general household maintenance with dependent users and support in food preparation). * Family and environmental support (accompaniment, handling and accompanying users in external errands, stimulation, promotion of healthy habits, and entertainment). * **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Permanent employment contract * Immediate incorporation * Schedule: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 09:00 to 15:00 and from 21:00 to 22:00 **REQUIREMENTS:** * Hold one of the following qualifications: * FPGS Technician in Nursing Auxiliary Care (formerly Clinical Auxiliary Technician, Psychiatric Auxiliary Technician, or Nursing Auxiliary Technician) * FPGS Technician in Care for Dependent Individuals (formerly Socio-healthcare Technician) * Professional Certification in Socio-healthcare for Dependent Individuals in Social Institutions * Professional Certification in Socio-healthcare for Dependent Individuals at Home (formerly Professional Certification for the occupation of Home Care Assistant) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Availability for immediate incorporation * Specific training in geriatrics * Prior experience in a similar role * Highly desirable: valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
