Follow up with guests regarding their satisfaction with resolutions to guest-related issues. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys. Handle all payment methods, including room charges, cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards. Anticipate irrigation-related situations; if reserved guests cannot be accommodated, arrange satisfactory alternative accommodations. Process all check-outs. Respond to, record, and handle all phone calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns from guests. Coordinate with housekeeping to monitor readiness for check-in preparations. Prepare daily reports (e.g., arrivals and departures), verify special requests, and ensure report accuracy. Review shift logs/daily reports and record appropriate information therein. Count the cash bank at the beginning and end of each shift. Balance and reconcile receipts per accounting policies. Assist managers in employee training, motivation, and coaching, serving as a role model. Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to management. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are clean and professional. Anticipate and respond to guest needs. Communicate clearly and professionally with others; prepare written documents accurately and completely, and verify them; handle telephone calls with proper etiquette. Build and maintain positive relationships with others. Consistently uphold expected quality standards and benchmarks. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Lift, carry, move, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
