Mechanical Engineer Machinery & Components (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for our Machinery \& Components team. In this role, you will perform the following tasks: **YOUR TASKS:** * Deep knowledge in design of glass reinforced plastic materials and manufacturing processes * Deep knowledge in CAD and PLM tools, Siemens NX/Teamcenter preferred * Use and good understanding of DG\&T dimensioning * Knowledge of wind turbines and/or the wind energy industry is an advantage * Solving manufacturing issues, improvement actions and quality topics * Support Sourcing and Quality Departments during homologation of different suppliers * Capable of working on an international and multicultural team **YOUR PROFILE:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering\* * \+5 years preferred experience in the wind power industry * Experience on the design of glass reinforced plastic materials and manufacturing processes * Fluent English language skills required * Availability to travel * *For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required* *when applying.* **YOUR BENEFITS** In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you: * Some offers may vary by location *Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
