If you are a professional with a solid background in mechanical supervision and are looking for an international challenge within a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the commissioning and operation of mechanical systems at the thermosolar plant. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout all project phases. * Manage and lead work teams, ensuring efficiency and proper execution of assigned tasks. * Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical equipment. * Conduct technical inspections and diagnose potential failures or malfunctions, implementing effective solutions. * Prepare detailed technical reports on equipment status, work progress, and results achieved. * Coordinate with other departments (electrical, civil, control, etc.) to ensure system integration and proper operation of all plant systems. * Manage spare parts and materials inventory, ensuring availability for operations. * Promote a safe and productive working environment, encouraging best practices in occupational safety. * Contribute to optimizing plant processes and operational efficiency. **Essential Requirements:** * **Minimum Experience:** At least 8 years of proven experience in mechanical supervision roles, preferably within the thermosolar or large-scale industrial sectors. * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is highly valued. * **Languages:** Strong command of English (advanced level), both spoken and written, for fluent communication with the international team and technical documentation. * **Occupational Risk Prevention Course (PRL):** Completion of the 60-hour PRL course—or its officially recognized equivalent—is mandatory. * **Specific Knowledge:** Solid expertise in PEM (Grinding Energy Plant), complex mechanical systems, rotating equipment, piping, welding, and assembly and commissioning techniques. * **Adaptability:** Ability to adapt to an international work environment and relocate to Morocco for the duration of the project. **Highly Desirable (Preferred Qualifications):** * Knowledge of Arabic. * Prior experience in international projects, especially in North Africa. * Familiarity with industrial control and automation systems. * Experience in contract and supplier management. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a stable and growing company in the renewable energy sector. * Chance to participate in a project of significant international relevance. * Dynamic and multicultural work environment. * Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and responsibilities. * Accommodation and subsistence covered during your stay in Morocco.
