




Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Procurement Engineer for an international infrastructure group, responsible for managing procurement plans, suppliers, negotiations, and cross-departmental collaboration on complex projects. We are recruiting an **Industrial Procurement Engineer** for our client — an infrastructure group that began as a local Spanish company and, over more than 50 years, has evolved into an international group with presence across Europe and Latin America, capable of delivering complex projects in strategic sectors. It is a global benchmark in the construction and development of civil and industrial infrastructure, with a strong position in renewable energy, industrial, real estate, and concession sectors. **Responsibilities:** Procurement Plans Development, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration on procurement plans Identification and agreement on strategic purchases Direct contracting and supplier management Review of project documentation, detection of inconsistencies and opportunities Proposal of technical alternatives to standard solutions, including regulatory review and presentation to the Engineering Department (DO) Supplier search and qualification Preparation of RFQs and solicitation of quotations Technical and economic analysis of quotations Preparation of comparative analyses Negotiation of prices, scopes, delivery timelines, payment terms, and contractual conditions Review and negotiation of contractual clauses Management of quality certificates, technical data sheets, bank guarantees, and warranties Monitoring of delivery timelines and application of penalties Resolution of supplier-related issues Site visits when necessary Cross-Departmental Collaboration Collaboration with the Engineering Team: Requesting and analyzing quotations for tendered projects, negotiating major equipment, and reviewing customer contracts to support suppliers Collaboration with the Legal Department: Negotiating contractual clauses with suppliers and managing significant contractual issues **Requirements:** University Degree / Engineering (Industrial) Minimum prior experience in the Procurement Department within the sector Proficiency in computer/office software (Microsoft Office) English language proficiency at C1 level Willingness and ability to travel internationally **Employee Benefits:** * Bonus percentage based on salary * Company mobile phone
