




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the procurement management team, responsible for operational support, document management, supplier communication, and inventory supervision. Inventory supervision and proficiency in Excel/ERP We are looking for a candidate to join the procurement management team in A Coruña under a full-time contract. The primary responsibility is to provide operational support to ensure orders are properly managed from creation through final goods receipt. It is essential to keep supplier and item data up to date in the system, verifying that prices and terms align with agreed conditions. Daily tasks include rigorous document management—reviewing invoices and delivery notes to ensure accuracy. Constant communication with suppliers is also required to prevent delays and resolve any logistical issues. Additionally, inventory is supervised and replenishment adjusted according to sales. Proficiency in computer tools—especially spreadsheets—is essential, along with meticulous attention to detail in every task. Education: Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Medium-Level Vocational Training. Minimum 1\-2 years’ experience in procurement or administration departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Prior experience in retail, distribution, or professional cosmetics sectors is an advantage.
