Professional Development and Collaborative Environment **Are you looking for a stable position where you can add value through administrative management in the energy sector?** At **OCA Global**, we aim to hire an organized and meticulous person to provide administrative support in the **Energy Savings Certificates (CAE)** area within our **Certification Division**, located at our offices in **Pozuelo de Alarcón**. **What will be your mission?** **CAE File Management:** You will collect, review, and register the technical and administrative documentation required for processing Energy Savings Certificates. **Document Control and Verification:** You will verify data consistency, invoices, certificates, and supporting reports on energy savings, ensuring each file complies with current regulatory requirements. **Project Tracking and Traceability:** You will monitor the status of each CAE file, keep the database updated, and ensure deadlines are met accurately. **Client and Collaborator Communication:** You will respond to inquiries, request additional documentation, and coordinate with technical and commercial teams to facilitate end-to-end project management. **Support in General Administrative Management:** You will assist in preparing reports, monitoring project invoicing, and archiving documentation, contributing to traceability and order across all processes. **Regulatory Updates:** You will stay informed about legislative or technical changes related to the CAE system and help adapt internal procedures as needed. **What would we like to see in your profile?** **Administrative experience in the energy or technical sector:** Prior experience in document processing, certification, subsidies, or project management related to energy or sustainability is highly valued. **Proficiency in office tools:** You are comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and document management platforms, and feel confident working with databases and institutional portals. ️ **Communication skills:** You will interact directly with clients, collaborating entities, and internal teams; we seek a clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented individual. **Organization and attention to detail:** Each file demands precision and methodology.
