At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we wish to hire a Consultant to join our Offices Division at our Madrid offices. Responsibilities: * Manage Flex operations. * Coordinate, communicate, and maintain relationships with operators. * Source new products. * Develop business with new clients. * Internally manage projects and CRM. * Collaborate with direct and indirect colleagues. * Actively participate in the international Workthere team. Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields. * At least 4 years of experience performing similar functions. * Experience in the real estate sector—particularly in the industrial logistics sector—is highly desirable. * Advanced level of English. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Analytical, organized, team-oriented individual with a financial mindset. * Valid driver's license.
