Maintenance Technician / Technical Manager of Installations – Riela

We are looking for a person responsible for the **technical operation and maintenance of Riela's facilities**. Ideal profile * Solid experience in **HVAC / climate control**. * Strong knowledge of **plumbing and electricity**. * Experience with **pumps, boilers, hydraulic circuits, filtration, and machinery**. * Ability to **diagnose failures and autonomously identify solutions**. * Highly **practical, solution-oriented, and proactive** profile. * Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. * Experience in **hotels, spas, gyms, sports centers, or similar facilities** will be valued. Responsibilities * **Preventive and corrective maintenance** of facilities. * Supervision and maintenance of **HVAC, swimming pools, plumbing, and electrical systems**. * Supervision of **pumps, filtration, hydraulic circuits, and machinery**. * Basic control of **water chemistry and treatment**. * Detection and resolution of failures and incidents. * Creation and monitoring of **preventive maintenance routines**. * Management and coordination of **external suppliers and technicians** when specialized intervention is required. * Assist in developing **maintenance protocols and standards** to ensure facilities remain in optimal condition.
