Immediate availability required. Contract valid until 31 December. Full-time position **Schedule: Various shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours. Weekend on-call duties required.** Additional training in Gender Equality, Humane Treatment, or Therapeutic Parenting will be valued. Main Responsibilities: * Act as a reference figure for children, adolescents, and their families, as well as for professionals involved in the intervention, ensuring humane and professional treatment that addresses their needs and supports recovery from harm suffered. * Deliver direct support, care, guidance, professional judgment, and accompaniment to children and adolescents, safeguarding their rights and compliance with legal regulations on Child and Adolescent Protection. * Listen to, assess, facilitate, support, and back up minors—channeling their impulses and containing them through work grounded in their own experiences; serving as calming figures in situations causing concern or anxiety—including academic matters and leisure culture—and providing information and access pathways to learning. * Foster in children and adolescents an understanding of their personal and family identity as a fundamental element for appropriate development, encouraging beneficial contacts and relationships, and ensuring their realization. * Participate in and organize educational tasks in coordination with the full professional team intervening with the minor, establishing measurable operational objectives across all developmental domains. **Profile:** * Residence in Madrid. * Training in Gender Equality and Humane Treatment will be valued. * 2–3 years’ experience working with minors. **Competencies:** Initiative and autonomy, Learning capacity, Flexibility, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Diplomacy and “professional presence” **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Up to 6 months **Salary:** Between 18\.001 and 24\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 06/11/2025 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
