




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to execute the business strategy, control operations, and lead key initiatives—particularly with distributors. Key Highlights: 1. Direct interaction with business units and distributors **Primary Objective:** To become the execution arm of the strategy, ensuring detailed implementation of business initiatives and rigorous operational control—with special focus on distributors and group headquarters. **Main Responsibilities:** * Act as liaison between Finance Management and Business Development Management, translating strategic initiatives into operational action. * Monitor and optimize financial, commercial, and service KPIs, generating robust dashboards. * Travel regularly to engage directly with business units and the distributor network. * Lead specific projects such as repricing the pharmacy offering, ensuring alignment with group headquarters and the sales network. * Implement and supervise reporting systems and technological tools across all group headquarters. * Track procurement initiatives, acquisitions, or strategic changes defined by the General Management. **Required Profile:** * Minimum 10 years of experience in operations or business management roles. * Strong execution and analytical orientation, with ability to translate strategy into action. * Results-driven, field-oriented, and willing to travel. * Knowledge of the healthcare/pharma sector will be highly valued.
