We are seeking an **Administrative Manager for Construction Projects** to collaborate with us on a large-scale data center construction project, featuring high economic volume, stringent technical standards, and execution requirements. If you have experience in construction administrative management, economic control, and coordination with technical teams, we want to meet you! The project includes: * Deep foundation works * Prefabricated concrete and steel structure * Technical façades * High-specification interior finishes * Critical installations * Execution under BIM, LEED, and international certification standards Your responsibilities: * Comprehensive administrative management of the construction project (invoicing, costs, certifications, and budgetary control) * Economic monitoring and control of the project, deviation analysis, and reporting * Administrative management of contracts, suppliers, and subcontractors * Coordination with the site technical team and corporate departments Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related field * Minimum 4\-5 years’ experience in construction administration, preferably on large-scale projects * Knowledge of economic control, SAP, and management tools * Experience in singular building projects or data centers is highly valued What do we offer?
