Description
**Quality Manager in Daganzo de Arriba** The selected candidate will report directly to management and work autonomously, without supervisory responsibilities. Daily tasks will include monitoring the production process on-site, such as measuring thicknesses in microns, verifying color and gloss using specialized equipment, and checking parameters of paint booths and ovens. Visual inspections will also be conducted to detect paint defects on automotive parts—such as silicone residues, dust particles, or orange peel—and adhesion testing will be performed. Another key responsibility will be managing non-conforming products: identifying, labeling, and quarantining defective batches, and proposing corrective actions such as sanding or repainting. Regarding customer interaction, the role includes receiving quality-related complaints, tracking claims, preparing samples, and completing required documentation. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary ranging from €29,000 to €30,000.
