Description

We are seeking a person with experience in labor intermediation and corporate prospecting to facilitate the employment integration of unemployed individuals in situations of vulnerability. Main responsibilities include identifying employment opportunities, establishing partnerships with companies in the Community of Madrid, and supporting individuals throughout the selection process—from adapting applications to interview preparation. It will also be necessary to attract, manage, and disseminate job offers, analyze professional profiles, and connect participants with opportunities matching their competencies. Contract placements will be monitored, maintaining smooth communication with companies and the labor guidance team. Additionally, collaboration with neighborhood associations will be carried out to bring employment opportunities closer to local communities, and prospecting reports and technical project documentation will be prepared. A university degree in social sciences, psychology, social work, or related fields is required, along with at least three years of experience in labor intermediation and prospecting. In-depth knowledge of the Madrid labor market, proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and skills in negotiation, planning, and teamwork are essential. The contract is temporary, with an annual gross salary of 30\.000 euros.
