(ii) Management, coordination, and motivation of architects, engineers, and suppliers throughout the construction process. (iii) Control of timelines, budgets, and quality at each project phase. **Technical Coordination:** (i) Manage preliminary technical due diligence for construction projects; prepare draft designs in collaboration with consultants to verify all required documents, drawings, and permits—assessing technical feasibility and timelines. (ii) Coordination with architects, engineers, and municipal technicians, plus periodic site visits. (iii) Evaluate and ensure compliance with local regulations (safety, accessibility, energy efficiency, etc.).
