Stable professional collaboration A company in the **construction and real estate development** sector is looking to hire a **Registered Architect** to collaborate on technical and architectural management projects. **Position Profile** We seek a professional operating **outside the laborer regime**, holding an **official architecture degree and formal registration as an Architect**, to assume technical and responsible duties in accordance with current regulations. **Essential Requirements** * Official degree in **Architecture**. * Valid **professional registration** with the Official College of Architects (Spain or recognized equivalent). * Legal authorization to practice as an architect in Spain. * Knowledge of and experience with Spanish urban and technical regulations. * **Spanish, Chinese, or international candidates** are welcome, provided they hold a **valid professional certification**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in **Chinese (Mandarin)**. * Prior experience in building projects, permits, and technical management. * Ability to work autonomously and responsibly. * Strong communication and coordination skills within technical teams. * Familiarity with regulations across different Autonomous Communities. **We Offer** * Stable professional collaboration. * Competitive compensation commensurate with profile and experience. * Participation in real and long-term projects. * Serious, flexible, and multicultural professional environment.
