Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Guard to protect assets and people, monitor and control facilities, and provide customer service, preventing criminal acts and cooperating with authorities. Key Points: 1. Protection of assets and people, and facility monitoring and control. 2. External and internal customer service. 3. Proactive and intervention-oriented profile in-store. DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Security Guard for an in-store position in Palma de Mallorca. This is a stable position with a monthly workload of 150 hours, working 6 hours per day from Monday to Saturday on rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Salary according to the Security Guard Collective Agreement plus a gross monthly allowance of €650. Responsibilities: Providing external and internal customer service. Complying with internal operational standards and adapting to the client’s brand culture. Being responsible for protecting assets and people, and for facility monitoring and control. Preventing criminal acts and cooperating with the State Security Forces and Corps. REQUIREMENTS * MANDATORY: Possession of the Ministry of the Interior-issued Private Security Guard Identity Card (T.I.P.), or having already submitted all required documentation to the private security authority, pending only card issuance. (Applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered.) * Excellent personal appearance * Customer-oriented, both internally and externally. * Proactive and intervention-oriented profile in supermarkets/stores selling food products. ***Offered*** * Stable employment contract. * Rotating morning and afternoon shifts of 6 hours/day, Monday to Saturday. * Salary according to the Private Security Collective Agreement + €650 gross/month allowance. * Continuous, free training provided by the company (no prior experience required). * Young, dynamic team environment.
