Customer Service Teleoperator

Description

We are seeking a person for a customer service position in Alcobendas, with a part-time contract. Main responsibilities include making and receiving calls for inquiries, attending to and scheduling patients, as well as providing information and advice. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and the ability to use internal platforms and proprietary applications are also required. Additionally, tasks include data entry, updating and tracking information in management systems, administrative support, and document control via digital tools, among other duties inherent to the position. Working hours are 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in the afternoon shift, from 14:00 to 20:00, including legally mandated breaks. A dynamic and professional work environment focused on oral and dental health is offered. * Customer service experience. * Experience as an appointment scheduler. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Spanish \- Native level, both spoken and written. * Training: two days, from 14:00 to 20:00, selective.
