Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual to manage procurement tasks, raw material and auxiliary supplies, and supplier negotiations within the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement and supply chain management in the food industry 2. Warehouse supervision and team coordination 3. Supplier sourcing and negotiation to optimize costs We are looking for a candidate to manage procurement activities at a food industry company located in Torija. The primary responsibilities include supplying raw materials and auxiliary items, as well as processing all purchases of goods and services required for daily operations. This includes preparing purchase orders, conducting thorough documentation control, and monitoring compliance with quality specifications and material type requirements. The position also involves supervising the entry and exit of goods in the warehouse, coordinating work teams during receiving and unloading operations. Furthermore, it is essential to identify and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost optimization and improve service performance. This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule of 40 hours from Monday to Friday. Working hours are in the morning shift, from 07:00 to 15:00, always including legally mandated rest periods for staff. * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. * We seek a proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage.
