Position Summary: We are seeking an operational team leader to ensure efficiency, safety, and excellence in aerospace sector operations, contributing to both client and DHL objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and coordinate high-performance operational teams. 2. Act as a key liaison with clients in the aerospace sector. 3. Manage team performance and professional development. **Position Mission:** The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and excellence-driven operations, supervising their development under clear guidelines and making decisive contributions to achieving center objectives, aerospace sector client goals, and DHL’s strategy. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead and coordinate coordinators within their area of responsibility, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. * Plan and manage necessary resources to ensure optimal team sizing according to demand volumes. • Monitor operational performance and resource utilization, ensuring compliance with internal KPIs and those agreed upon with clients—particularly regarding productivity, quality, and operational safety. • Act as a key liaison with clients, providing accurate and timely information on daily activities and operational status. * Monitor the assigned budget, ensuring efficient and responsible use of resources. • Manage team performance, motivation, and professional development under their supervision, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. * Support the development and implementation of projects aimed at optimizing and enhancing operational efficiency. * Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions when deviations are detected, ensuring service stability and reliability. * Lead internal communication initiatives and foster engagement among the supervised team. * Ensure strict compliance with safety and health processes and procedures established by the Company’s Operational Excellence department. **Required Profile** * Demonstrable experience in managing and executing strategic projects. • Minimum three years’ experience leading operational teams in multinational environments, preferably industrial or aerospace-related. • Secondary or higher education qualification is desirable. * Specific Supply Chain training is desirable. * Strong communication, influence, and impact capabilities, as well as analytical and organizational skills. • English proficiency level C1.
