You will be part of the back office team, collaborating on tasks such as: * Organization and management of administrative documents * Handling and updating spreadsheets * Support in billing processes * Monitoring payments and collections * Financial data entry and recording * General back office operations **Technical Requirements** * Student or graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets * Basic understanding of administrative or financial processes * Good level of written and spoken English and/or Spanish * Ability to work with spreadsheets, documents, and data entry **Soft Skills** * Proactivity and a continuous learning mindset * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Good communication skills * Ability to work in a team * Responsibility and reliability * Problem\-solving orientation * Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines **Plus Skills (Valued)** * Previous experience (even brief) in administrative or financial settings * Knowledge of business management tools (ERP, CRM, or others) * Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Teams, etc.) * Interest in technology and digital transformation * Advanced level of English or Spanish **Requirements** * Fluent English (mandatory) * Fluent Spanish (mandatory) * Availability for in\-person or hybrid internship in Madrid, Spain **About the Role** This is an internship position focused on supporting administrative and financial back office activities. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands\-on experience in finance and business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and documentation.
