Handling of general administrative tasks and Microsoft Office suite An Administrative Assistant is needed to join a team in Madrid at a construction-sector company. At least one year of experience in general administrative tasks and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite are required. Main responsibilities will include providing office support for various administrative tasks, both for the headquarters and construction sites. This includes expense report and credit card tracking, procurement of necessary supplies, visitor reception, and file management. Additionally, monitoring and follow-up of occupational health and safety documentation across different construction sites will be required. A permanent part-time contract is offered with an annual gross salary of €15,000.
