




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative staff to provide telephone and in-person support, manage schedules, handle documentation, and assist with billing and collections. Support in billing, collections, and database management Administrative staff are required for a center serving people with disabilities in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara). Main responsibilities include telephone and in-person support for families; full schedule management including appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations; as well as registration, archiving, and updating of case files. Additional duties include support in billing and collections, and management of required documentation such as consent forms and reports. The role also involves office supply inventory control, logistical support, and maintenance of internal databases. A temporary part-time contract is offered, with a daily working schedule of 5 hours. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM\. The offered gross monthly salary is 1\.006 euros. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
