




Job Summary: This role involves defining and designing technological solutions for insurance business processes, aligning them with company strategy and enterprise architecture principles. Collaborate with diverse teams on solution definition and implementation. MISSION Join the Enterprise Architecture team to define and design technological solutions for insurance business processes. The mission is to define the technological solution architecture best suited to meet each project’s business requirements, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and defined enterprise and technological architecture principles, evolving the application and architecture landscape toward the target application model as defined in accordance with reference architectures. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Definition of technological solution models in accordance with business requirements for transformational projects. Requirements are managed by the Demand Management team. Solution models must serve as tools for implementing corporate business and technology strategy guidelines. Solution models include functional, data, application, integration, technology, and security aspects. Maintenance of the business capability and application landscape as assets of the Functional Architecture team, defining and executing governance procedures to sustain a company-wide shared catalog of capabilities and applications, identifying the technological architecture of applications. Evolution and governance of Solution Architecture assets, performing periodic Application Portfolio Management (APM) processes to define the target application model, the strategy and roadmap to achieve it, and evolving other enterprise architecture assets deployed in ARIS. Leadership of projects and initiatives within the enterprise architecture domain to achieve department-identified objectives related to defining or evolving assets or architectures. Evaluation of product- and service-based technological solutions when they represent the optimal response to business demand, always aligned with corporate technology strategy. **Teams to Collaborate With:** **Collaboration with Demand Management:** Receive business demand and associated requirements, determining the need for Functional Architecture involvement and its scope. **Collaboration with Development:** They are the recipients of defined solution models and responsible for implementing them according to those definitions. **Business Support:** Support in defining needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with corporate IT strategy. **Collaboration with Enterprise Architecture (other domains):** Alignment with guidelines and strategy across all architecture domains as part of the Enterprise Architecture Department’s function, both for developing solution models and validating technical designs. Collaboration with professional services and technology providers, and product vendors: Required both for performing the company’s IT department activities—including personnel and resource management—and for staying informed about emerging technologies and trends, as well as evaluating and applying them to current systems. REQUIREMENTS **Required Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Telecommunications Required English level: minimum B2 (C1 preferred) **Desirable Qualifications:** Additional training in insurance functional domains or architecture or IT governance frameworks. **Required Experience:** Minimum 10 years’ experience in the IT sector and at least 5 years in similar roles. Experience in executing transformation processes within large companies will be valued. **Required Knowledge:** Understanding of the insurance sector’s value chain and/or key business processes in insurance operations. Familiarity with functional and data models of insurance applications, including portals, CRM, core insurance systems, vendor management, analytical systems, document management, etc. Experience in defining and modeling technological solutions in complex corporate environments. Knowledge of modeling languages such as ArchiMate®, BPMN, or EPC/CPE (ARIS) and UML. Understanding of enterprise integration mechanisms between applications, especially API-oriented ones. Awareness of state-of-the-art enterprise application technologies, including cloud application models. **Desirable Knowledge:** Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools, especially ARIS. Enterprise architecture capabilities that enhance IT’s business value. Functional knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector. Insurance reference models such as ACORD. Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. Project management experience. Knowledge of agile methodologies. Familiarity with corporate management tools, especially SAP products. Knowledge of cloud technology stacks, including SaaS, PaaS, etc. Experience in IT management and governance models. Experience managing relationships with vendors. **Skills:** Analytical and problem-solving ability. Organizational and executive-level communication skills. Goal orientation.
