**Summary** ----------- **Position Title: CAD/CAM Applications Engineer (f/m/d)** **Requisition: 3107** **Location: Barcelona / Madrid / Bilbao (Hybrid/Remote)** We are seeking to add a technically oriented, customer-focused CAD/CAM Applications Engineer to our team to help us deliver a high level of support, training, and consulting for our ESPRIT solutions. You will join a dynamic team within our after-sales department, participating in both customer support and training, as well as consulting and implementation projects. You will also collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and proposal preparation. You will maintain continuous contact with our international teams to stay technically up-to-date and provide the best possible support to customers, partners, and potential customers. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- **After-sales Activities:** * Training and technical assistance; * Consulting and software implementation services; * Development of post-processors to support our customers’ machining processes; * Management and expansion of customer maintenance contracts. **Pre-sales Activities:** * Conducting demonstrations of our software solutions; * Providing technical support during pre-sales activities; * Preparing proposals and commercial offers in collaboration with the sales team; * Participating technically in the pre-sales process when required. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Technical education, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software; * Experience with machine tools, machining, and manufacturing processes; * Experience with post-processors and/or programming languages (e.g., Visual Studio, Java, or others); * Technical, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset; * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously; * Excellent communication and customer interaction skills; * Willingness to travel nationally; * Good English proficiency is an asset. **What We Offer** ------------------- We offer you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology as part of Hexagon—one of the world’s leading international technology groups in metrology, manufacturing, and digital solutions.
