




Job Summary: We are seeking a Solution Architect – Financial Crime to define and govern solution architecture designs, oversee initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. We are over 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-oriented culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. **We are looking for: Solution Architect – Financial Crime** **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and govern solution architecture designs (HLD/LLD) for Financial Crime capabilities, including Transaction Screening, Name Screening, Monitoring, KYC/KYB, Case Management, and Data. * Provide architectural oversight on new initiatives, remediations, platform upgrades, and technical debt reduction within the Financial Crime Book of Work. * Serve as a key architect in the Financial Crime migration for TSB, including support for data migration and archival, integration patterns, and design decisions aligned with regulatory compliance. * Ensure solutions align with the target architecture, security standards, data policies, and regulatory expectations (PRA, FCA, ECB). * Identify, manage, and escalate architectural risks and dependencies, contributing to RAIDs and governance forums. * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Risk, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * More than 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect in Financial Crime, Risk, or highly regulated banking environments. * Solid knowledge of Financial Crime domains: AML, Sanctions, Screening, Monitoring, KYC/KYB. * Experience designing solutions leveraging legacy platforms, complex data architectures, and regulatory constraints. * Proficiency in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures. * Experience working under formal architecture governance and assurance frameworks. * Advanced English (mandatory). **Desirable:** * Experience in large-scale banking migrations (e.g., TSB). * Knowledge of platforms such as Actimize, Appian, or Enterprise Data Platforms. * Architecture certification, preferably TOGAF or related. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options. * Personalized career path and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs Learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
