Position Summary: Comprehensive management of the home care service, including staff selection, training and supervision, user needs assessment, and administrative and operational management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensively manage the home care service. 2. Direct interaction with users and their families to assess needs. 3. Daily incident resolution and administrative management. This position focuses on comprehensive management of the home care service in Madrid under a full-time contract. Duties include staff selection, hiring, and training, ensuring each professional is prepared to deliver high-quality care in clients’ homes. Close supervision of staff is conducted to ensure compliance with standards for every intervention. Additionally, the role involves direct engagement with users and their families to assess their needs, provide guidance on available resources, and propose personalized solutions. Documentation and procedural management are required to ensure assistance remains efficient and tailored to each case. Finally, operational responsibilities encompass quality control, daily incident resolution, and administrative management, including billing and reporting. University degree in a social field, at least 6 months’ prior experience coordinating home-based services, minimum 6 months’ commercial experience, office software proficiency, knowledge of the local geographical area, valid driver’s license, and personal vehicle.
