**Employment Type:** Remote work. **Contract Type:** PJ (Legal Entity) or CLT (Permanent Employment Contract). **Requirements:** Proficiency in Senior Programming Language, Senior Systems, and Senior HR product; Understanding of software development life cycles; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; Experience in the agribusiness sector will be considered a plus; Additional certifications or training in SQL Server databases, SQL Server Reporting Services, REST APIs, C\# and .Net Core will be considered advantageous. **Responsibilities:** Customize and configure Senior HCM modules; Automate repetitive processes and validate data prior to payroll closing and information uploads; Provide technical support to system users, resolving operational queries and issues; Ensure compliance with LGPD, eSocial, and other labor legislation; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the system and HR processes; Train users and internal teams for efficient system utilization.
